They don't sell televisions here....? Store is messy and lots of empty shelves. Staff are helpful though Update: went into the store the next day and they don't stock consoles either? Ridiculous

I would give 0 out of 5 if the system allows. Called jb hi fi on the boxing day, ask the availability of a drone product. The first guy who picked up my call did not understand what is a "drone" , even after I spell it for him, and then he has transferred my call to his colleague, and his colleague just simply said "we do not have any drone on stock" My friend visited that store on that day and there were plenty drones for sale!!!

Extremely bad service. Went to buy a laptop! Staffs are absolutely ignorant. R they short of staff or what? One of the staff want to sell me a laptop which i dont even want. I will think twice before going there again.
