I really needed a laptop. I walked in the store at 17:30 so I had 20minutes to shop. A friendly salesman approached and help me pick the best one for my situation. To my surprise, he gave me the best price possible before I even asked so I could afford it.... A huge thanks to him and I love my laptop!!

I went to Moore Park to buy a TV. I tried to ask about the particular one I was interested in but all he wanted to do was finalise the transaction. He gave it to the cashier while I was still trying to ask questions about others. At the time there was hardly anyone in the shop.  Disgraceful behaviour only interested in his commision

Great service and great price beat. I had a change of mind regarding an SD card from the online order, and they not only kindly accepted the return, but also helped me to choose a better card and even price-beat current Harvey Norman promotion - making the price even sweeter. Not to say that this particular JB HiFi has a great selection of items in comparison to other JB shops.

Walked in with a bag with gym gear to price something, when leaving I was asked to open my bag as apart of store policy, very offensive and unnecessary. It would have been fair enough if someone was actually seen picking something up!  I won't be returning there again.
