One of the easier JB's to navigate around, and usually isn't totally packed. The staff are friendly/knowledgeable and have the time to help you out if you have questions. Certainly an upside of not being in a major shopping centre!

What i like about it is it's not crowded and the location's convenient. The long wait though is absurd. Most of the time you can only find 2 people answering customer queries and there's no staff in the other sections. Hoping they could address this soon.
