I would like to commend the excellent service I received today from Shannon at Apple Broadway. Wow, talk about an elevated and unexpected customer service experience. Her advice was genuine, knowledgeable and presented in an extremely friendly fashion. She did not make me feel rushed or as though I’m taking up too much of her time. She offered her wisdom and advice in a friendly manner. I commend you on the excellent customer service and experience. Had a really positive experience while I was there. I went to repair my iPhone since it was not charging. Everyone there was so friendly. I didn’t realise that I had to book and decided to do a walk in appointment which would take me 30-40 mins. To my surprise I was served straight away and the staff had kindly helped me with removing some built up lint in the charging port before a dedicated staff member helped me out. It only took a few mints and I was done and will definitely be back if I have any charging issues with my phone. Really appreciate their professionalism and kindness with helping me out

I came for a battery replacement of my iPhone. Pri was highly knowledgeable on the product line, did an awesome checkup of my phone and explained the process throughout. She is friendly, approachable and very honest on opinions with my questions regarding the Apple products. I am deeply satisfied with my visit that day.

today, my very anxious partner sought some advice about my laptop whilst i am overseas, they spoke with Shannon glasses and gingerish hair and she could not have been more helpful. she used my partners preferred pronouns, spoke calmly and softly and explained everything to them so they were relieved of stress about the laptop. she is absolutely amazing and is a fantastic worker, thank you so much Shannon!

Absolutely love my new iPhone 16 Pro Max! The phone is fast, sleek, and the camera is incredible. A big shoutout to Hector, who made the purchase process smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions. Amazing product and top-notch service!
