I made a booking for a genius to help me transfer and set up my new iPhone that was brand new sealed in the box. I arrived checked in and shown to a genius I told him what I want to do and purchase a screen protector and case .. He flatly refused to help me ... he asked where did your purchase the phone from? And told me unless I purchase from apple store they won’t help me Wow that’s a brilliant selfish company policy If I purchased a new Toyota from Sydney city Toyota I can service that car no problems at any Toyota branch Australia wide . Terrible customer service Apple 0/0
The service was OK, not as bad as some reviews had suggested. This is a very busy store so I guess we all need a little more patience. If the staff doesn't smile at you or you wait a long time to fix your device, I understand you are angry but try to be a little nicer to people. The team is called the Genius Bar but they're normal human being just like us. If you can get bored or tired of work or school, so can they.
shocking experience… we have been waiting for too long over an hour for a simple refund for the staff to sort out the issues but not allowed to sit at the table?! Seriously, I was asked to stand up by the guy named Max while processing my purchase. Will never come back here, no customer service or knowledge of their products, worse Apple Store shopping experience ever. Please go to other store if you can.
Five stars to the team at Apple Broadway. I have been here a few times and the service is consistently excellent. Today I was super grateful for expert advices from the Genius Bar: George and Jared solved my technical issue. It takes a lot of thought to provide such a seamless experience. Thankyou.
There is a lot of bad reviews around bjt my experience was better so maybe they fixed some stuff. I waited 15 min after my appointment time but understandable it was busy, I came for a repair and a gentleman called UK helped me out and I just sat there and he did his job eventually they gave me a new phone and it was surprisingly fast ! Highly recommended
Customers are fairly patient especially these days. We all get it. But there's a line in the sand when you feel like you're treated poorly and they don't like you asking questions or even buying their products after waiting. Attitude needs improvement
Surprised to see some bad reviews here as I had a very nice experience with this store. After waiting just a few minutes a staff member provided excellent service in helping me decide which version of airpods to purchase. Much better service than the CBD location. I wish I could remember the staff members name as they deserve mention for the efficient and friendly service provided.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I have got 12 pro max covered under full warranty plus apple care, its heating up mostly during charging and sometimes also while I am using it. I called Apple customer service and Apple representative suggested to see a technician at apple store. Technician I visited said its normal if device got heat up while charging and he mentioned his own Apple phone does the same I am not sure why I was not told this on phone call and why I was directed to Technician, waisted my 3 hours for ???? I m pretty much sure its not normal, as when I bought this new it works well and was not heating up
So rude and condescending. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, but apparently had to make an appointment to “discuss if it would meet my needs”. There is now way to just walk in and buy a product. I went downstairs to Telstra and bought a new phone in a quicker time that apple could give me an appointment!
I needed to put a claim through appleplus for my watch. I set an appointment, when I arrived I was told that it would take 8 days for the replacement to be sent. I found this hard to believe as there is plenty of stock at the store. Then I couldn’t get it processed as I needed my physical credit card. I use Apple Pay and don’t have it on me at all times. This was a total waste of time!! The genius was helpful but could do nothing as the process is grossly inefficient!
