The Broadway manager herself said: And I quote “Oh I thought you took one of our product” Proceeded to have a look at my bag when she already asked to check my bag Asking for a bag check and allegations that someone took something are two different scenarios. What she did is offensive and judgmental.

Not happy with the selective checking of covid vaccine. According to the sales person, she was checking everyone but I stood outside for a while waiting to verify if this was true, but there were a few people that came in after me and were not even glanced at.

Love the clothes very helpfull staf

I went in to buy a new work wardrobe. All the ladies in the store dropped everything to help me find what I needed. I ended up with a beautiful skirt and jumper, that I’m very happy with I might add. Will definitely be going back.

Very attentive customer service and staff who are willing to help. I found the top that I saw online - they had it in stock with the size I wanted. I used my Witchery card rewards without any issue.

Broadway store has a great layout, made it easy to find what I was after with the super friendly helpful team of Witchery girls! Keep up the great work :-

Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff are very rude! They act as if everyone who enters the store are thieves. In front of all the other people 3 of them ran outside to check my small bag and accused me of stealing. So disappointed at witchery!

Shop assistant is lazy and not trying to help at all. She only watch customer and not offering help. I was about to buy here, but her rudeness made me bought from Burwood store.
