Burberry

I made an online purchase with a request of in-store pick-up. A sale representative told me it would take five business days for the order to arrive at the store. Nonetheless, it was not the case. I made a complaint and the store manager was quick in getting back to me. Upon the day at the store, I received a nice gift on top of my purchase, which was nice!

Absolutely stunning store, every item is well presented and everything is immaculate within the store. Great customer service willing to go above and beyond for your pleasant shopping experience. As expected from an uber premium luxury store.

Call centre service is absolutely disgraceful. Called twice waited 10 minute only to get hung up on. High grade price, low grade service

Bought a bag recently but still fell disappointed that as the only one shop in Sydney, they have only limited colour on handbags. Won't get a chance to try different colour on. The only way for doing that is to order online with ur own credit cards. That's just sad. Don't feel that Burberry wanna keep service in Sydney any more as they have already pulled counter out of David Jones.
