Awful customer service and lowkey racist vibes. Being completely ignored while two workers discuss stock. Expected them to assist me when I was holding the item and then ready to purchase but was still ignored. A middle aged white woman enters the store and receives the proper and friendly customer service, “hey, how are you”. When I am finally acknowledged all I received was “oh are you going to buy that?” Possibly racism had a part to play or ageism… because I’m not an old white woman I can’t afford to buy a coat? Would never ever come back to this store let alone Greenwood plaza and would not have made this purchase if I had other options. In the moment it was a necessary purchase. Stay away if you’re poc unless you want to be ignored :
Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of sandals from Witchery and the strap broke after just 10 minutes of wear. I returned them for a refund with my receipt, but the assistant said she was unable to refund my money because I didn't have the Epos slip!! As a traveller from the UK how was I supposed to know that?? You can easily get a refund in the UK with your standard receipt - no need for the credit card slip. WHY CAN I NOT GET A REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS?? Will not go there again :-
Witchery create beautiful, stylish, modern, smart casual clothing, shoes and accessories and have purchased many items from this store. The Witchery range changes and updates throughout each season and their clothing lasts, the quality is excellent and I have been more than happy with all my purchases from this label. The staff here are friendly and helpful with sizing and searching or items in other stores. Great customer service
