This shop is amazing and live up to Microsoft lovely standards, Everyone super helpful, seems like they truly want to help you and the best for you and not just profit profit profit (apple pls)
 There did was a "door" employee more busy chatting with fellow worker than to greet and say goodbye tho... 
But that's minimal considering all the attention and efficiency they put in the actual problems or questions you have. 
5 stars specially for Joseph?? (Australian employee from Darwin?), reason I come to write this review, AMAZING service!

I would have given them 0 stars if I could.  I went into the store to look at their laptop options for my business.

The concierge was attentive and professional, but once he handed me over to the sales guy things went downhill quikly.

The kid had no interest in what I actually needed, but was more interested up-selling.

Pretty mediocre experience - they won't see me again.

Yeah beautiful and Apple like exterior design. But from what time on Microsoft began to play games like those in China of mixing concepts and misleading people? The gift card I got said "used for making purchase at participating Microsoft retail store locations......  not redeemable for purchases online" and blah blah. 
So a question to MS: how many kinds of "gift card" have you got for windows store, including the one I presume to be used online?

I'm not trying to complain here, just a genuine feedback. To Sarah, standing at the entrance to direct customers to the right place. Please don't be too aggressive, everybody loves friendly behaviour, I'm sure you do too. Oh, and a smile will do wonders! Please carry one, even in this day and age of technology, we are still humans and need some human touch. Thanks

Busy shop with all the current goodies Microsoft has to offer, if you like the brand you will like the shop. As with all these kind of stores weekend is probably a no go zone unless you can handle to increased traffic. 
The good thing, you can have a hand on the goods to get a feeling for it. No pushy sales, which I highly appreciate.
