Always great staff here. So many different clothing products and a very pleasant upstairs area for kids. At the bottom there’s a stylish food area with access to the nearby Westfield, and a cafe on the 6th floor. A big fan of the Kenji brand on the 5th floor from memory, offering swag shirts for 18-30 year old guys in particular. Great product selection and other cool features for the whole family; what’s not to like. Decorated very nicely for Christmas!
I was served by a lovely staff, Kim. She was so understanding about my situation, and wanted to provide the best customer experience for me. Without her, I wouldn’t be leaving the store satisfied and happy. I was also assisted by another staff member at Lancôme, and she was super helpful in finding all the right products that suited my budget. She was very patient, and super friendly. This was then processed by the manager who was also very understanding as well. She given me samples and signed me up as a member, which definitely made me feel part of the Myer family. Overall, I was super pleased with this Myer store, and would definitely recommend their services to others.nAdditionally, their Lancôme products are high quality and smooth. Worth your money!nThank you so much again! Really made my night and lifted up my Christmas spirit this year!
Part 2: I almost forgot to write about The Ordinary shop, there we were served by a lovely shop assistant on the 13/7 afternoon, I was so happy to find an affordable/down to earth shop in Myer and pay 20 dollars for a similar product that was sold at Mecca for 90 dollars nPart 1: I loved the displays in the store, they look so beautiful, elegant and refined, and we meet a friendly, welcoming and professional concierge named Patricia that kindly took us to the lingerie mezzanine floor. I'm only giving four stars to the store because the bathrooms are looking ugly, they really need renovating, and the carpet in the changing rooms lingerie floor looks old and stained.
I had such a delightful experience at the Myer perfume section recently, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dome. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the brands he handles and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the decision-making process so much easier.nnWhat truly stood out was his patience and warm demeanor—he never made us feel rushed and ensured we were completely satisfied with our choice. His genuine passion for the products and customer care made this shopping experience memorable.nnThank you for your outstanding service! I highly recommend visiting him if you're looking for a perfume; you'll be in great hands.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody looking for clothes. My partner needed some suit pants. When we asked the staff at the men's suit counter to measure his waist, we were looked at as if we'd just spoken another language. We had to ask 3 times. We were then given the wrong measurement. My partner worked this out himself when he went to the changing rooms to try on pants the staff couldn't be bothered to help him pick. The fitting room had clothes strewn about, rubbish on the floor, and lifted carpets.nI was sent to 3 different floors by 3 different staff members when I asked where to find plus dressing gowns. They had 2 in the whole store and they were both Winnie the Pooh?? Overall it was a confusing waste of time. I gave 2 stars because the women who work in perfume and makeup are wonderful to deal with.
