The sales assistant Jo was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through choosing fragrances that suited my taste. Her deep expertise and impressive knowledge of fragrance history, made the whole process engaging and really interesting. Bought 4 of the Ichendorf Milano Botanical Tealight. Holding the box I knew something not right.nOpened up 1/4 is broken. Inside box DJ did not put any bubbles wrapped or outside of the box no sticker FRAGILE” unbelievable whoever packed this got no absolute commonnsense.nI have been shopping at DJ over 25 years. Thought they are above with services.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting 2 new suits and a variety of clothing and ties to go with it. I had the Asdi who helped me immensily in providing the best quility service. I wanted to stay loyal to the joe black brand as previously already had 2 full suits and wanted to add another 2 suits to my collection.nnI asked a vareity of questions such as what tie works well with each different suit and questions around recommendations and when the green suit top I really wanted was apparently not available anywhere he was able to problem solve and go up one size that was suprisely the 3 last in australia and was in stock in store which still looked good on me tho the back needs some customising.nnThe other suit which was a navy blue and was also was last in stock so had to take it home by hand but he really helped by taking his time and packaging it up the suits to easily carry them safely.nnI ended up getting 2 full suits, 2 white shirts, 2 new belts, 3 poncho pockets 1 to finish one of my other suits, and 2 new ties all joe black. Thanks to the sale I saved over $530 which was good as found out the 30% is the new standard last time i got less items for same price at 25% sale.nnMade me try different shirts, suit tops and pants for the best quility outcome for me. Really apprecaited him especially and the other helpful staff, basically no wait time either and was always there to provide the current judgement on what suited me best.nnHe also said he was taking to long but I belief that was false considering how much stuff I got. Defo Deserves a raise! This store has the best customer service!

Joelle from Prada in David Jones Elizabeth Street was absolutely lovely! She made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable, helped me choose the perfect perfume, and even gave me a few samples to try. Highly recommend seeing her!
