Luckily, I still had a headset I purchased from JB Hi-Fi about a year ago.nnI would like to thank Kahli for being incredibly helpful throughout the process. While my issue was being handled, I noticed that every staff member remained friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted customers with genuine smiles and treated everyone with respect, whether they were making a purchase, exchanging a product, or reporting a problem.nnAs a psychology student, I can see how strongly this reflects JB Hi-Fi’s commitment to branding and customer experience. The staff are not just salespeople—they make customers feel comfortable, valued, and supported. What stood out most was that the team continued to care for customers even when a product had an issue, rather than focusing only on the sale.nnI’m also confident that JB Hi-Fi is fortunate to have Kahli on the team. Not only does she clearly understand customer service and the brand very well, but she also shows strong leadership qualities. Cece was incredibly kind and patient, one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. She helped saved our malfunctioning camera battery and even adjusted the settings and spent her time finding a way to charge it for us, truly going above and beyond. Highly recommend this store and hope that everyone is able to meet her

I had a very annoying situation where my phone got broken and I couldn't receive messages or sign into anything related to my phone number. I came here just planning on buying a new phone but Nick told me about a deal they had going on which would basically make the phone free if I switched mobile plans, which required access to my phone number. Nick and tom ended up helping me for an hour to move across and then buy the phone. They were both so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I would recommend speaking to them if you have any problems.
