I bought a TV from here recently, and had to return it on warranty; of course, this was no fault of JB. However, the staff, in particular Jessie, went out of their way to make getting a replacement as smooth as possible for me. Great customer service!

Where to begin...I usually don't like visits to JBHIFI with all the bag checks, rude costumer service and messy displays. But my visit to this particular store was different the shelves were neat and tidy, security was chill and the staff members were great. In particular staff member "NC" if I'm honest the dude was a absolute legend took customer service to the next level. Thanks to him I was able to get what I was after without having to go else where. Thanks again Chadwick & NC great all round service. 😊 PS: Chadwick could be alittle happier.

So insulting! The entry worker asked to show my bag without reason, and thenhe didn’t say sorry. It was my the worst experience since being Ausie resident. I won’t forget it and won’t make a mistake to use that store again.

Called in a few days ago because new laptop had a problem and the staff was so rude to me, he also gave me anxiety making me feel uncomfortable and also I don't know why the manager isn't doing anything about this, this was a guy who was talking to me so beware of this JB HI FI, they suck and the staff needs some therapy or something...
JB HI FI if u are reading this please do something about your staff members they are driving people away from store with rude attitudes and u guys would shutdown from low business income if the staff continues to be rude to customers and you have lost many....
