Booked a service to repair my watch. Went an hour out of my way. Wasted 30 minutes setting up a repair. The store rep charged my card. At the end they told me they couldn't mail watches back to me. Cancelled the repair. Told I would get a refund 4-5 days. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Called Samsung support wasted an hour. No one knows how to contact the store or get me my refund. Going to charge back my CC now. Also Samsung does mail watches back after talking to online support. Why do in person bookings if you have no clue what your doing? Also I would not waste your time going to this store. George street staff in the CBD are much better. However I would reconsider making any other Samsung purchases at this point after this experience.
Great customer service from Nibesh at your store. Not being that tech savvy he helped me out so much with my change over from my old OPPO phone to my new Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Even put a screen protector in and bought a case straight away. Only been 2 days but love my new phone so much. After the help I got I'll defiantly be going back to your store again. Thinking now of getting a Samsang watch for my running.
Extremely happy with the team at the Westfield Bondi store. My S7 Edge was just out of warranty and began turning off randomly after taking photos. All 5 of the service representatives I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. After doing all they could in store from a software point of view the phone was sent for repair. It was returned within 24 hours completely repaired. Couldn't be happier. Adrianne
Last week went to the Samsung store in George st they didn't have the Galaxy s10 original screen protector. So you can't buy online.. either. Today I went to Bondi Samsung store.. 3 people are working there. They are just chilling out and killing the time and make money staying on the chairs and having a chat without look after the customers. The girl said to me They didn't have the s10 screen protector, she suggested to me go to the Doctor b**m or get the basic screen protector from EBay.. Haha She was not helpful at all. Why would I go to the third party places. 8 months old phone which is two s10s.. can't you ordered? Why the Samsung can't support the official Samsung accessories..
After a very disappointing and poor experience at the George Street Samsung store earlier this morning, this experience was fantastic. Geoff was excellent and only took 3 minutes to show me what I needed to know. This is the place to go to if you want excellent Samsung service. Forget the George Street store.
Today I made the switch from Apple to Samsung, and the team here have been wonderful. From taking me through the options, to helping me set up my new phone, the whole experience has been super. Highly recommend!
Samsung I was extremely disappointed in your online customer service and extreme lengthy hold times. Additionally, Your redemption team's performance is Appauling and inconsistent. Having said that I have sent my note 8 for repair under warranty and hope it gets back to me well tested over 24 to 48 hrs observation. I would give you zero stars if possible based on my experience with the online and phone experience, however because of Charles the African dude I give you 5 Stars. BIG THANK YOU TO Charles from Bondi for his mindset, genuine interest to help customers. Why can't you have more people like CHARLES for your online and phone team's.
I had an awesome experience at Bondi Store because of Mehrab. He helped me with Trade Up and Smart Switch and made sure I'm well taken care of. I will highly recommend him the next time anyone visits Samsung Bondi!
I left my tablet there for repair under warranty. They told me it would take "1 or 2, maximum 3 days" for it to be repaired. Now it is 10 days later and I still don't have it back. On repeated requests regarding the status of repair I always get the information that they are still awaiting a part needed for repair, and the "part will arrive tomorrow", so I should have my tablet back within 48h at the latest. Guys, it has been "tomorrow" too often now. If you are unable to make warranty repairs in a timely fashion, then just provide me a replacement device!
A smaller 'stand up' type display shop with the latest Samsung phones, watches, and accessories, with pleasant people to demo the products. My phone was running low on battery power, I was able to sit back on the lounge type chairs, and utilise the complimentary charging point. Very handy.
