Masis Electronics

Shop owner and his wife have zero customer service skills, and the items they sell are also more expensive than big retailers. Would not recommend.

Went in there for a warranty check. Quite helpful and no issues with service. Polite to customers and no issues.

Where do I even begin with Masis Electronics!? Well to start with the lady and gentleman that work there have no customer skills whatsoever! They are both rude and disrespectful, when I was chasing up an order to see what had happened to it the lady insulted me. I cannot believe this shop is still in business. I would advise anyone that reads this to stay clear of Masis Electronics.

Honestly, I don't understand how these places stay in business. The person who answered the phone was rude, a poor communicator and not interested in any form of customer service. Not recommended for anything, unless you want a free insult.
