Lovely, genuine guy, called before he came to notify me of his time of arrival and was actually earlier than predicted. Very helpful and knowledgeable, had a lot of patience and understanding for my situation. Fixed all problems with no hassle would highly recommend Basant to anyone who is having issues with their computer. 10/10 rating from me. Was a very reasonable price for the time and effort he put in to help me! Thankyou once again you are a lifesaver!!!!!

Terrible place. Went here to purchase a few spare cables, adapters and parts. They tried to charge me exorbitant prices for simple and basic cables. Asked the staff some questions to test their knowledge and they continually tried to up sell me on parts rather than providing the parts I had asked for. 

Avoid.

My first encounter with Himark (Replacing a broken touch screen) was a disappointment with a serious, but intermittent, problem. 
When I did have time to take it back, a few months later, they put in considerable effort to find the cause and then replaced the replacement screen to provide a permanent fix.

Thanks for the great service Basant and staff. Great Techs and everyone always polite.
Most of all they fix our laptop and we don't have any more problems.
I recomend them to all my friends.
