We stopped here to fix some technical issues we were having with a new Samsung work phone. This has been bought off the shelf and supplied to my husband who had to set the phone up etc. We were a bit lost and the fellow that served us was most helpful. Giving us guidance etc. Good customer service.
Went in to buy a new phone on 01 November at 1420 but after waiting for a considerable amount of time to be served while the 4 staff that were there stood around talking among them selfs disregarding customers that were waiting. After faults within the warranty period of my last several Samsung phones and this experience I think it's time to change to a different brand. Happy to discuss further.
I can't thank Tristan enough for his patience and help yesterday. I woke up yesterday morning to find my phone locked & the passcode not working any longer. Tristan was great and helped to walk through the process of backing up / restoring all my data. He then reset the phone and ensured all data / apps were restored. Very patient, very knowledgeable and I really appreciate his help getting me out of a pickle! Highly recommend and if his boss reads this, you should look after him he's a great asset to your company, and to Samsung.
Have done 2 warranty repairs through this store. They generally are knowledgeable but customer service is not a strong point, they do not generally go through the process with you or take the time to understand your problem and just quickly enter in the details and send you on the way to service the next customer buying a phone. This has caused delays at one point of my warranty taking 2 weeks. In addition to this the cost of accessories are normally double the cost of the same accessory that can be purchased through the Amazon webstore.
Friendly and helpful staff saved my phone today! After the latest update glitch, my phone refused to boot up - tried all the tips and tricks Google search had to offer, but nothing worked, which meant it was a pretty serious issue. Brought it into the kiosk and one of the lovely guys there spent a good 20 minutes patiently bringing my phone back to life - he kept trying and didn't give up when his first attempt didn't work. My phone is basically my lifeline, so I was so happy I could've cried when he managed to fix it, and save all my content too. Thank you!!!
Sash went above and beyond trying to help me return my Galaxy S20 Ultra phone that I wasn't happy with due to blurry photos and excessive smoothing of faces that can't be turned off in the camera settings on the main camera. Thank you for your patience mediating for an entire hour between me and your offsite store manager who was not initially going to approve my refund. Tips for other customers: 1 If you are considering requesting a refund, you might want to try another store to negotiate with a different manager 2 When you trade in your old phone, it is apparently forfeited to Samsung and they are not obligated to return it to you when refunding the purchase of the new phone you bought when you traded in your old phone and, of course, you don't get refunded for the value of the lost trade-in device.
Went in there with my mothers mobile phone which gets limited use around the home, she has had the phone for 3yrs and the battery pushed the screen out and cracked the screen protector. When I removed the battery it was hot and swollen to an extreme condition. I took it to these guys when he told me it had warped in my opinion that is a defect but he informed me 12 months on the battery and 2yrs on the phone under warranty. So I would have to pay, I can understand under normal circumstances this would be right, but the product should not do that after 3yrs. Poor customer service and if it had of hurt someone I’m sure the situation would have been different.
I have had a problem with my phone for months. Vodafone shop in my area basically didn't want to know about it. Finally they said to contact Samsung as now they decided it was a software issue. I went to Miranda on Friday afternoon and was served by George. He was brilliant. Took the phone and arranged to have it looked at by Samsung Techs. Sat afternoon late I received a text to advise it was back and repaired. Sunday lunchtime I picked it up and was served by George again. I cannot praise highly enough the service I received here. He was an absolutè gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you George.
Guys, you need to have a replacement phones to your loyal clients. Very disappointed since the the time I updated to s7,cut the story short took the phone to Westfield Miranda stand, technician recommends to send it again to Samsung repairs center, but need to have my own replacement phone instead. The phone is business related phone, bought it 9 month ago, I don't have to keep a spare phone with me just because I am using Samsung.
Came here today to drop off my watch for service, since I couldn't do so at the Bondi Junction Samsung due to their terrible customer service. I was served by Justin and I'm really happy about it. He was very helpful and explained everything to me. Definitely I will visit the same store for any future issues, even though it's far from where I live. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Justin!
