Terrible service and inadequate product selection.nnMultiple visits, staff have been unhelpful. I needed to return a product because the compromise I made in store wasn’t going to work, extraordinarily rude person behind the counter ensured personally I will never go back there.nnYou are better off just rolling the dice with something online. Defeats the purpose of visiting a brick and mortar store if the service you’re after doesn’t exist.

Today I went to your Jaycar Store at Taren Point and spoke with a great guy named Mitch. His level of service was outstanding and his patience beyond !
