Excellent customer service. Really love the friendliness of stuffs , most of them whom I dealt are cordial, know what they are doing and helpful. Though this store is around 25km from my home but I prefer to visit since less crowds and parking is easy at Westfield. Store is nicely decorated and you will find what you need easily. Most of Apple Store are awesome but this one is great.
Exceptional customer service. The staff was very friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. I also had a chance to listen to a very informative session on apple camera features usage while I was there. All in all, a great experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. People here should have proper knowledge about their products. I bought an ipad pro and it had a manufacturing defect with the antannae bands coming out. I initially took it to another apple store which was nearer to me who examined the product and instantly recognised it. They offered a refund or an exchange. I wanted to get another replacement as soon as possible so i wanted the exchange but unfortunately their store didnt have stock of the particular model i had and was asked to get it from Miranda. The store already contacted the people that night so i can just go the next day and get it changed but when i went there they told me it was apparently physical damage and refused to exchange the ipad. How on earth can someone takeout a flat antannae band if it isn't a manufacturing defect. Utterly disgusted by their behaviour!!I even have the picture with the antannae bands sticking out with its initial packaging right out of the box.
From the bottom of my heart- thank you to two amazing ladies I met today at Apple Miranda who helped me - Stella and Jade. I came in with an urgent request which was immediately rectified. I am absolutely blown away about how genuine and empathetic they were in their approach and cannot ever thank them enough. Thank you for helping someone you didn’t know yet put all your greatest effort into helping. I appreciate it more than you will ever know, I could only pray to get you both if I ever had to come back.
1 star because I’ve been without a laptop for 3 months since my first appointment. Bring out Apple technicians sooner. They actually know how to decipher reports and repairs. Further, they also know how best to solve the customers issue. This opposed to regular Apple employees who just recycle what’s already known to the customer and don’t work towards solving the solution probably due to them being unequipped with important information After numerous appointments about the repair of my screen, after 2 months I was given the option to either spend $450 or my laptop be returned, whilst me having warranty on my device. This was because they searched and found a new stand alone issue of liquid damage would’ve much rather get my screen fixed and the slight liquid damage ignored. How frustrating. The confusion of liquid damage is understandable for the Apple employee, but once the technician Ryan came out we solved my 2 month issue in less than a minute. He clearly explained the repair process, gave me dates of when everything would be ready and found I would only have to pay $25 for the part effected by liquid damage instead of $450 What a relief that was - true customer service. Don’t let regular Apple employees handle situations besides sales. Bring out Apple technicians sooner because they know what they’re talking about.
I've had rude experiences at other Apple stores but the staff here are great and accommodating for your needs. From when you first walk in getting greeted at the front to walking out the staff are always friendly and work really well as a team. Always happy to come back here!
Staff are always of a high standard. They act swiftly if you have an issue. Lost 2 stars because I brought my mac in with reported start up issues and they told me I had to come back as they needed to order a part, that is where they repair them, it is under warranty, it is a common part I am told, do why don’t they have the part ??? I need to lug the thing back in there because of an inefficiency with this issue. Purchased less than 2 years ago. And now need to wait for them to contact me, again why aren’t they prepared for this.
I went into the store hoping to get answers about why my AirPod pro 2 noise cancelling isn’t working as well as it should sound. A female staff member approached me and offered to help me but what she was about to do was not helpful. She had very long finger nails and she was trying to take my ear tips off and failed several times because she could get a good grip. Eventually she gave up and asked other team members to help out! The tip was changed and we tried to do a sound test, but she said the environment was too noisy and suggested me to go outside to a quieter area. Obviously I left the shop because there wasn’t any available technical staff to help out.
Booked a service appointment for my Iphone at 7:10 pm. i had to wait till 7:40 to be served after chasing it up. the guy was helping myself and someone else at the same time so the process took double the time. In the end i was told that the phone needs a repair and that i had to come back again at another time as they don't do repairs after a certain time, the manager "Ellie" stepped in when i tried to ask for a replacement phone instead or while the phone can be left for repair, and instead of being professional and understanding she said things like "its not my dads shop to give out replacement phones".. while i understand that in some cases you can repair a phone instead of replacing but giving me the excuse of not servicing phones after 7:30pm was ridiculous because firstly why do they book service appointments at that time if they aren't gonna fix it and second my appointment was at 7:10, so i missed the service time because of their poor customer service and time management. so i was left with a formatted phone that needed to be recovered for me to come back in two days and give them the phone to repair. The unprofessionalism and rudeness by the manager left me frustrated and angry as this store should be run by someone who is willing to be polite to their customers.
Always an unforgettable experience. Went to purchase an Apple Watch, got helped by Liam. Top job. He Makes the whole buying experience fun. Thanks Liam for all his help today .
