I had such a great experience with Steve at the Apple Store today! He was incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question, and made upgrading my phone so easy.
I purchased a new iPhone 17 series about a week ago. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it two days later and contacted Apple Technical Support by phone for assistance. I was asked to send photos of the damage, and I was informed that it was classified as physical damage and would incur repair charges, which I understood.nnHowever, when I visited the Apple Store in Miranda the next day to have it assessed in person, I was told that the issue was only cosmetic. This was confusing because it completely contradicted what I had been told earlier. If it was truly cosmetic, I wouldn’t have needed to make the trip to the store.nnWhat concerned me more was the difference in attitude — the support experience felt unhelpful and dismissive compared to the friendly and attentive service I received when purchasing the phone. I’ve been an Apple customer for over 10 years and have always appreciated the quality of both products and service, but this was honestly my worst experience.nnI hope the Miranda store team can provide clearer guidance and show more empathy when customers come in seeking help. A little patience, a friendly approach, and proper direction can make a big difference. I still trust Apple products, but I sincerely hope the service experience improves.
Baden was excellent in assisting us with laptops today. He was friendly, a clear communicator and was super helpful. Defiantly recommend going to him for all your Apple needs, very knowledgeable.
I visited the Apple Store to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro for my wife. The store was very busy, and at first, no one seemed available to help. But a young Asian staff member assisted us, and she completely turned our experience around. She was patient, polite, and never pushy — she really listened to what we wanted and made the whole purchase process easy and pleasant.nI didn’t get her name, but she truly deserves recognition for her excellent service. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one
