I came to Apple Miranda store this afternoon to diagnose a camera issue on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and to potentially replace the battery. A nice lady named Dee helped diagnose my phone and booked me in for a service/repair the same day. Under warranty I was given a new back & front camera, as well as screen. Greatly appreciative of Apple support.
Walked in, was ignored for a good 2 minutes, staff were available and just didn't care. Was booked for 6:10 for a same day battery replacement, didn't get seen until 6:30pm and then was told that I would have to leave the phone overnight to have it repaired the next day.
Booked an appointment with Genius Bar yesterday, came in today, the issue was solved in 55 mins. Thanks to the team! Love the outcome screen replacement.
