Today I asked a team member if they could price match a Costco price for air pod 4s and the stote manager said if I wanted to pay an extra $65 on top of their price Costco membership fee he would do it. He was very rude and not helpful so I left the store straight away. I bought then elsewhere. Horrible customer service

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I came in recently and bought me a pack of 4 air tags. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was super helpful! Thank you for your help!nnI would also like to add that I love the security guard by the main door. He is always doing an exceptional job. He does his job to perfection! He's very sweet,  always greets, thanks, and wishes me a nice day after checking my receipt. Even when I walk out with no purchase. Smiley and just very professional! Best security guard you've got! JB Hi-Fi, treat him well! All the other guards are usually on their phone and not checking any receipts or backpacks coming through.

Best crew around, great advice, all staff know all items and all have incredible knowledge about the items which shows they are all up to speed, great pricing so you do not need to go off comparing prices elsewhere, I have never had a bad experience here at JB at Miranda. I recommend this store to anyone who needs help and advice without being pushed or feeling obligation to purchase.

Not sure what’s happened but the staff in here are so bad now. Went in last week for a New Insta 360 Go Ultra and the “camera specialist” blonde girl argued with me that there wasn’t that brand had to go to the desk to look at up.nnToday went in and a rude Indian girl tried to say the difference between the fly more combos and added cost on the drone was more “wind resistance “ and therefore could fly longer. Said it was like how water resistance works. When I said she mustn’t understand the drones and packages she went to the computer and googles “how wind resistance works” . At that point I said I’ll go somewhere else.nnTurns out the combo difference is you get a bigger battery on the top combo but that would mean u need to register the drone so would be a deal breaker.
