The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I came in recently and bought me a pack of 4 air tags. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was super helpful! Thank you for your help!nnI would also like to add that I love the security guard by the main door. He is always doing an exceptional job. He does his job to perfection! He's very sweet,  always greets, thanks, and wishes me a nice day after checking my receipt. Even when I walk out with no purchase. Smiley and just very professional! Best security guard you've got! JB Hi-Fi, treat him well! All the other guards are usually on their phone and not checking any receipts or backpacks coming through.

Not a huge store, but big enough to hold a fair amount of items. This means that generally anything I'm looking for is in stock. Having made a few purchases recently in person, I can say that the service was pretty good. Always staff available to help you within a minute or two. Shout out to old mate on the door.

After a terrible experience at the Bankstown store earlier in the day, I went to the Miranda store instead. The service was chalk and cheese.nnReally appreciate the help Georgia and Blake. You guys went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

So happy with the service I got from Owen, very knowledgeable and inviting to speak to.nnHad a budget in mind of $300 expecting to only get a keyboard and headset, for $270 including extra care I got a headset, keyboard, mouse and surface x2 all the brands I wanted as-well so didn’t have to change to a different brand to meet my budget!! definitely left very happy.

Good service from the audio visual guy when buying a new TV. He was able to show appreciable real life differences between the models. Prices were a bit different than advertised.
