Great service by Ethan in TV section! He took his time explaining differences between TV models and sound bars to me and my partner. He also made sure we were aware of the current promotional offer on combo TV / sound bar.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I came in recently and bought me a pack of 4 air tags. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was super helpful! Thank you for your help!nnI would also like to add that I love the security guard by the main door. He is always doing an exceptional job. He does his job to perfection! He's very sweet,  always greets, thanks, and wishes me a nice day after checking my receipt. Even when I walk out with no purchase. Smiley and just very professional! Best security guard you've got! JB Hi-Fi, treat him well! All the other guards are usually on their phone and not checking any receipts or backpacks coming through.

This is a smaller JB Hi-Fi store. The staff are friendly enough but unfortunately, I was given incorrect advice by several different team members over multiple visits.nnIf staff aren’t properly trained in the technical products they’re selling, it can lead to a frustrating experience and it did. It shouldn’t take that many visits to get accurate information.nnEventually, I was helped by a team member who took the time to search on the computer and made sure I was getting what I actually needed, rather than just guessing or selling me the wrong items. That effort was much appreciated.

Great Experience Every Time!nnI’ve always had a good experience while purchasing goods here. The service is consistent, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the overall process is smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!

I received a message from the store manager Corinne asking me to leave her a good review to counteract the bad reviews she has been getting here. Instead of taking accountability and trying to do her job better, she wants to bury any constructive criticism. That is why the review below mine is praising her, it is a friend of Corinne’s who she also employed at JB Hi-Fi Miranda once she became store manager there. Pretty pathetic.
