The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I came in recently and bought me a pack of 4 air tags. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was super helpful! Thank you for your help!nnI would also like to add that I love the security guard by the main door. He is always doing an exceptional job. He does his job to perfection! He's very sweet,  always greets, thanks, and wishes me a nice day after checking my receipt. Even when I walk out with no purchase. Smiley and just very professional! Best security guard you've got! JB Hi-Fi, treat him well! All the other guards are usually on their phone and not checking any receipts or backpacks coming through.

So happy with the service I got from Owen, very knowledgeable and inviting to speak to.nnHad a budget in mind of $300 expecting to only get a keyboard and headset, for $270 including extra care I got a headset, keyboard, mouse and surface x2 all the brands I wanted as-well so didn’t have to change to a different brand to meet my budget!! definitely left very happy.

Great support from Jamie in portables with my ear bud issues. She was a great help, so much so that I’m thinking JB is a good place to buy stuff.  It’s not all about price when you get that kind of help and prices are good too

I don’t usually post google reviews, but I felt the need to post this shocking experience I recently had at this store. I was looking for an item for my recently bought PC but I got a little confused about what I was asking for. After searching the entire store for a staff member for help, a girl finally came up to me in the middle of casually chatting with 3 of her coworkers. I described what I was looking for and how I had recently bought a PC. She looked at me with a blank face - I actually had to describe the shape of the PC. All the meanwhile, her coworkers were staring at me like I was an idiot which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After trying to describe a simple explanation of what I was looking for and how I needed it for my PC, she replied “sorry, I don’t know what you’re talking about” and then flagged down one of her other workers. This other coworker was nicer and easily understood what I was referring to. He pointed me in a direction of the store. However, none of them actually bothered to actively help me find this product. After this judgemental and dehumanising treatment to find this product for what was an exciting step to get my first ever PC up and running, I left the store humiliated. And to make it even better, on the way out I hear this girl chatting to her coworkers about a recent Netflix movie that came out, not a care in the world. I’m never coming back here again.

After visiting many jbhifi stores I decided to purchase my New phone and Mobile plan from Damir for one of many reasons, He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions confidently. The store manager was also very helpful makeing my overall experience very pleasant. Definitely my go to store for future electronic purchases!
