Sony KDL50W600B TV lasted 3 years, Led screen with lines paid $1330 at JB Hifi $1700 to repair. They don't even have there own service department they use sub contractors. I will never ever buy another Sony product ever. Fit for purpose, 3 years old i have asked the repair company to throw it out, that cost me $140.00 for the assessment. Good luck Sony, I will tell every one. Including my friends at JB.

Unpleasant experience. As it’s a kiosk store. People would usually walk through the shop to short cut through. This is meant to be a good thing, as even though you shortcut, you are still browsing the product as you cross. Though not this store, I was walking through and the indian appearanced male staff there just stopped in my way and didn’t allow me to cross and sent me back around. Rudest staff I had ever come across. Just left me thinking negative thoughts about Sony. I defiantly won’t be putting Sony on my top electronics list when I come to buy an appliance small or big.

Good products (sometimes) -- terrible support. Good luck getting any if you've got a faulty item. Extremely disappointed with this brand. Banned.
