After being with Optus for over 15 years, I took my phone in that was not working and only 2 years old but the guys wouldn't even look at it. I was told "You can't expect a mobile phone to last more than 2 years!" Would have expected more from them after being a long term customer. They didn't even bother to show me any new phones or discuss plans so they obviously don't need the business.

Very very poor service...not at all customer friendly....very rude...even though the shop was empty...two staff members were there just to avoid any customer.....felt very bad

I requested reversal form to port in my number but they didn't any help to me and very bad customer service they had.they wasted my time around one hour.but when I went to merrylands they were good and solved my problem.
