So you can't afterpay instore but you can online. However you can't find all the stuff you want online so you have to go instore and if you order online you can't click and collect for the store that has the stuff you want. So how do you pay with afterpay and get all the stuff you want at the same time from the store that has the stock of the items you want. Well my solution.... Easy just won't shop at Toy Mate again.
I found this shop recently n loved it so much..I found what all I wanted.. 2 birthday gifts and return gifts for my younger kid's birthday party and many more.. next month is elder one's birthday.. love to go there In addition everything for a reasonable price..
Went to toymate today to look for some sea monkeys what a blast from the past. This was my first time at toymate and I was so impressed!! The layout the staff the range of toys *chefs kiss* I took some time to explore the different toys and games of which there was so many!! and i found the sea monkeys near the science experiments. Attention yall they ALSO have a solid squishmallow collection A very friendly girl greeted me at the door and made me feel very welcome especially after lockdown! It was great to see the covid safety measures in place you need to sign in and be fully vaxxed! A friendly Andy served me at the register and he was so helpful and awesome. He even gave me some tips on how to look after my sea monkeys I went looking for microbiotic life and I found lovely store with fabulous customer service ‍‍
My 7yr old daughter gave the rating. As a parent it's always a expensive Sunday. Great range of toys to select from and excellent customer service. Wish I was still a kid.

Terrible that you only let vaccinated people in your store. Segregation I thought that Australians were better than that. Then your staff leave at the end of the day and go to coles with everyone who may be unvaccinated..I don't like your entry procedures. Freedom don't ask for this type of documentation. It is pointless when your staff leave the premises and mingle with everyone outside of your so called protected walls.
Beautiful layout and super tidy. The staff are also lovely, was greeted with a big smile and acknowledged straight away. Unfortunately the toy i was after was sold but the manager rang 4 of your other stores for me and had one set aside for me to pick up. I will have one very happy grandson tomorrow. Thank you
The store is well organised and has a very good range of toys for all ages, however the Disney Cars range could be improved, but my kids really enjoyed their visit, particularly the Lego area. Some nice special deals located near the front of the store also. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's nice to see the former Toys r Us space occupied by a good quality toy retailer.
