I have always had excellent service at the Rydalmere store. Staff were very helpful on a busy Saturday morning and willing to search the storeroom for an item I hadn't properly researched. I got the other cable management parts I wanted at competitive prices.
First of all the customer service was terrible except for this one young bloke.. There was this Asian guy who defienley had no training of customer service . He was completely rude. He acted like he wanted to punch me on the face. Luckily this young guy helped me find everything and was super nice.
Stories how many different toys you can get for kids. Many kits and other things. The staff are very good at helping what is good for gifts and presents
We got some stuff on clearance day but we noticed most of the products are not working, we tried to return it next day and tried to explain Jessicaas she said that why we have to pay our hard earned money for the products that not working, we were talking nice and politely with and smile, we had also all the receipts to provide, but she wouldn't accept that we deserve to receive a product in working conditions when we pay for it, She was almost ready to punch in our face, she was hitting the table with POS machine, through the pen, shaking hand and finally while she was whispering left us. We finally got $91 of our money backout of $251 but I don't think this is the right way to serve a customer, also I'm not sure if it's legal in Australia to sell products that not working , anyway we're going to take it to consumer affairs, but we never back to Jaycar
Good experience at Jaycar Blacktown. The stuff I was looking for was out of stock but the staff was very helpful and checked with the other stores to find the item I was after. Highly recommended!!!
It was great getting in early to the Warehouse Clearance @ Rydalmere there were items practically 90-95% off full price. It ends on Saturday 30/7/22
A friendly store with off street parking. They had everything I needed for my project.
They serve very badly, especially Jessica. I bought a fridge monkey and battery. But don't work as well. They returned the battery after 4 times because they had sold me a second-hand battery instead of a new one. My camping failed three times and all my food was spoiled.

Terrible customer service, I made an online purchase and it said it didn't go through due to a technical error. However still took the payment from my account. I have called the online store 4 times in the 3 weeks with still no resolution to the money being refunded. I have had several staff say that they can see the issue and that they have to speak to their manager to get this addressed and call me back with the outcome... still waiting. I have been a loyal customer to Jaycar however this is really tarnishing their reputation and now question if I will purchase through them again.
