The service and the lack of motivation by staff at this store was beyond a joke. As soon as I walked into the store I asked the first guy I saw if he could help me out. He’s like no I’m busy helping another customer which he wasn’t. He was too busy cleaning/looking at the laptops. The staff were bitching about a customer who requested a refund and didn’t have her card while she was there and even after she left the store. Not even to mention the level of service that I received was the worst I had ever received from a JB HI FI store. I definitely won’t be shopping here or another store again. I would recommend the same to other customers especially since most of the products they sell can be found else where.

I wish there was a way to give them less than one star. Went to buy a monitor today and no sales person was willing to serve me. Went to the counter and asked them that I want to buy a specific monitor. They said you need to be served by a sales person even though I knew what I wanted. Then I was tossed around by few sales persons. Everyone was busy. I left the shop without buying anything and vowing that I will never come back. It would be interesting to see how they survive with this obsolete sales model when giants like Amazon enter the market.

The customer service at the Apple phone department was horrible! Was served by a woman named Amy after 30 minutes of waiting. She looked completely unbothered to serve me and failed to answer any of the queries I raised. She was also continuously checking her phone while I was trying to talk to her. She seemed to be in a hurry despite the store not being busy. Very unprofessional!

Horrendous customer service. Waited over half an hour to be served and approached several staff for assistance before I was served. Staff are also incompetent and don't know what their talking about. Its peak season and they are understaffed and have free registers which aren't being used. Absolutely useless business management. Even during non peak times their still pretty bad. Guess there's no other competitors in Westpoint so they can be as bad as they want.

Despite the Boxing day sale rush, Paige was wonderful. she has good patience to explain the customers, guided me through the purchase process, product features and offered a better deal. Well stocked items in store.
