This is my first time buying from Powerland & the impression about them is 100% satisfied. On arrival we had some issue with our freezer that we bought online and as a customer it would be worrying especially we have frozen items stored at our neighbours house. Though it took an extra week for replacement but I would like to thank the management & the two ladies who troubleshoot my issue as good as they can & of course their patient and support wise. I will highly recommend any one who likes to purchase electronic goods from them Powerland Electronics as their price wise is competitive and most importantly friendly! Thank you again!
Unfortunately our washing machine was broken on Sunday morning, wife told to get it replace. At lunch I have done a bit of research and found a washing machine that I like - Powerland has the cheaper price from all competitor, I bought it online in the evening same day, I put instructions for delivery they offer installation and take away the old machine. The very next day, I received a message from Powerland that the order will be delivered in the afternoon! The driver installed the new machine and take away the old one instantly! What can I say more, great price, quick turn around, great driver! Will definitely come back to shop for something else. Definitely highly recommended seller! 10 stars! I would usually not giving a review this is my first, but this is above and beyond, I have never experienced this higher level of customer service from anywhere else. You guys sold me, keep up the good work!
Needed a new washing machine fast. Great customer service. Less than 15 minutes to call, order and pay. Free delivery, arrived two days later with a call when they were on their way. Polite delivery person who assembled the machine and tested if it worked. Would definitely recommend Powerland over the other big name retailers!
I really mean this in all my dealings with business and I have owned my own for over 30 years I have never been so well looked after I ordered the wrong thing at great expense and the fine people did everything to put it right for me. Not only that but I find it difficult to get a better deal anywhere in Australia and I love a challenge and there next day delivery if fantastic. I have gotten a new fridge freezer 75 inch TV and tumble dryer as well as a gas heater for winter so far. I recommend them 100%
Bought a stove online from Powerland, smooth effortless transaction. Delivery went perfect, Powerland truck called before they arrived, carried it up 15 steps without a grumble a bit refreshing!. Invoice straight to my inbox. All in all, great experience! would buy again, and recommend buying online! FYI, bought a Beko Oven, which is absolutely awesome. My extensive research clearly showed Powerland as the best price, and for the most part any appliance they stock was of exceptional pricing... and with demonstrated delivery... Powerland is a winner!
First time buying from Powerland and it was fantastic purchased a fridge. Highly competitive pricing, fast delivery and stellar customer service customer service reps and delivery drivers. They were communicative about expected timeframes, took the packaging away and were always super friendly whenever I spoke with them. Will be returning for future purchases.

Not great experience. Ordered a smeg 76cm double oven to fit my new kitchen that had a hole made for this particular oven. About a week or so after ordering I got a phone call to say it’s been damaged in transit these things happen although I doubt that was the truth They said this oven is no longer available but they would see if smeg rep could source another one. After another week heard nothing so called again, the blame was put on the smeg rep but I was assured I’d get a call back within the hour with an answer. A few days I called, still no smeg oven but I was offered a replacement product that wasn’t even the same size of of oven and told I could just block up the gap 200mm in a brand new kitchen, the replacement option was cheaper than what I ordered but was told I could have it for the same price???????. I requested another option and was told they would need to see if they could get this oven. Again no call back. Finally had enough and requested a refund , got the refund immediately so no fault there but obviously they were just happy to get rid of me chasing them for a product they had taken payment for and clearly had no intention of supplying. The original oven I ordered is a discontinued oven but it’s a particular size that I wanted, I called to check if they could get it before I ordered and was told yep they can get it. Great as no other retailers could, I had the hole made for the oven after ordering. After I was told they couldn’t get the smeg oven I ordered I noticed it had been removed for their website shame this wasn’t done before I ordered it. I now have a hole in my brand new kitchen what will need adjusting to fit a different model. Powerland never responded to any email from me other than the refund one never returned phone calls when promised and It was always me who done the chasing. I’m pretty relaxed and gave them every opportunity to deliver the product or come up with a suitable alternative but they either couldn’t be bothered or didn’t want to wear the extra cost. No apology
Bought an Electrolux washing machine from them. Amazing customer service. Got next day free delivery, installation and removal of my old machine ! Had a small issue on the delivery mode, giving them a quick call got it resolved in minutes !
I ordered a stove online from Powerland Electronics on 23rd May at 11 am with delivery to Brisbane. The stove turns up before 9 am on 26th May. How exceptional is that service? 5 star service PLUS 5 star for the delivery - the driver was super friendly and very helpful. I just wish you guys sold washing machines. I ordered one three weeks ago from a major corporation and have seen nothing of it, haven't even had an email to say what is going on and my three emails to follow up have been ignored. You guys are the best!!
