It's the worst place I ever bought from..I bought a jbl speaker at a price of 672 dollars and then I searched the sites for the price and found the same speakers at a price of 499 at the office work.. So he went on the second day to return the order, the laboratories were very bad from everyone, especially the manager and he said must To pay a fine of returning the item at a rate of 20% of the price you purchased. I advise everyone after trusting them and this was my story with them unfortunately
If I could give zero I would. Absolutely no customer service. Multiple customers walk in and all staff are on their phones. What a joke. Literally during Christmas you would think there'll be some staff with some customer service experience. It's unfortunate because the only guy that smiled at me also lied to my face saying my item of interest "Bing Lee don't sell anymore" yet it's perfectly advised on your website ps I walked in today at 16:55... management should definitely check cameras staff at the front entrance of store shouldn't be just killing time before close time at 17:30 on their phones. Ridiculous

He is a professional person and helped my family to get the Fridge very quickly and efficiently just I purchased yesterday around at 6 pm and it's delivered today around 9 am , it's amazing . Bought a fridge and they refuse to take the old fridge which is part of their service. Called multiple times to get them to organise someone to pick it but they have every excuse in the book. Everything is not their job or fault. Disaster service, don't recommend.
I have been shopping at orange grove store for a while now. And I have had my fair share of dealings with them. Majority of the staff are always helpful and would do price matching or return the stuff without hassle with extended warranty. I recently purchased a Sony tele from there during black friday sales. It was a big purchase for me as the last tele we bought was back in 2009, a Sharp Aquios. I did all the research and the tele staff was very helpful. However, I noticed I was charged 3 dollars more than the advertised priced. I didn't say anything as I didn't think much of it. I never said anything about it but that experience did leave me with a little disappointed. It might seem just 3 dollars but being charged the correct amount for a big purchase shouldn't be an issue. I hope more attention is given in the future to other customers.
Terrible and disgusting customer service. Staff member was groaning out loud and coughing up phlegm without covering their mouth. We waited in line for 5 minutes before being served and didn’t not greet us.
Lucky the item that i wanted was a bit cheaper than anywhere else not sure if its on every product or just for that item ..

I bought a hisense TV from bing lee warwick farm store, great customer service employee Tai Tang was extremely helpful, kind and gave us a fantastic deal. Thank you Tai Tang, I highly recommended.
Happy with the quality, range and prices. We replaced our entire kitchen, and ended up buying all the appliances here. Amy was very helpful, and can speak in Vietnamese and Chinese so I don't need to translate for the 'Rents.
