The staff are not all informed on the products - I could get better answers with a quick google search. I got treated with sarcasm and wasn't taken seriously by the staff. Since I hate feeling stupid for no reason I'm not going back.

Worst customer service. Guy at the counter was rude as. Only went down after speaking to someone on the phone and advising me to come in to store as they would have a solution. On arrival was told they didnt have anything for me. Waste of my time.
