Since Dick Smith Electronics closed down; it's the only place for your electronic and entertainment fix. They always have what you need; and if not, they'll get it.

Staff members are so rude, it’s the first place in Australia I have to beg to buy; It happened to me twice here, First time was looking for an accessory, ask the guy and he said ummm not sure if we have it. (Really??) I asked if he could check in the computer, he did and told me we got 2, they should be around that area, I can’t help you because I have a pain in my leg. Hahaha what a joke. 

3 months after I decided to give them another shot, same thing very rude and careless staff, they are just walking around and chatting with each other. When you approach them they don’t give a s....
