My son spent $130 on a car from here that was on special the first one sent didn't even work despite saying it had been checked upon trying to return they said we wouldn't have charged the battery long enough so tried to blame the customer no your car didn't work sent back and was sent a new one (should have got a refund) with in 5 minutes of using the new one the drive shaft fell out so the husband fixed it then 5 minutes later from a roll over the suspension completely broke sent the whole car back for
A refund to be told no as miss use. A car that is made to go up to 50kn an hour should be able to survive a roll over it's not like it was done on purpose. My 4 year olds $39 Kmart buggy takes way more than this expensive car I hope no one has ever paid full price well over $200 will be taking my request for a return further.

I love the wide range of cool new items and the pricing is the best I have seen in the Aussie market for sure!!!!! My delivery arrived within 18 hours of ordering at my home in Sydney ...I'm impressed!!! I'll be back to buy again next week for my Xmas presents.....I highly recommend. Thanks, Sean.

I can't speak highly enough of the initial and follow up customer service I received from these guys! I can be difficult to deal with sometimes as I am quite impatient and fussy but both Israel and Tatyana were amazing! I chose to buy from them because the price was good, but after the service I received I would be happy to pay more just for the peace of mind. Great job Aus-Electronics I look forward to dealing with you guys again soon.

Holy hell they are good!! On thursday I ordered a present for my father for xmas with expess postage but something happened And they were unable to dispatch the stock in time. I phoned them on Friday morning and explained my situation to the customer service representative who went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what i would expect any business to do and the hand delivered it to where I was staying 30km away. I cant express how pleased i am with this and my dad loved his gift. Thank you very much! I will be looking at your site more often with prices and service like that.
