Friendly service and relaxed vibe. They have good selection of home appliances that are generally cheaper compared to other shops. You can haggle for a discount and they also offer delivery and installation service.

Excellent experiences when I shop here. Staff are attentive and have great product knowledge. They also match or beat their competitors pricing if you request it. Last time I shopped here the staff member (Chinese lady, early 40s) went out of her way to help me, provided a trolley to transport my goods to the car, and even gave me a discount. A stark contrast to their direct competitor (JBHI FI) , who are surly, unhelpful and cold. Will continue shopping at Bing Lee in the future thanks to over-and-above treatment of customers.

My experience today. The lady behind the desk shoves out her hand for the goods whilst on the phone . Im thinking thats ok she is busy. Puts down the phone no words spoken and i hand her my card. A few minutes of awkward silence. She does the transaction and tells me the warranty is in the bag. Talk about absolute minimal service lol they may as well have trained goat out the front. A simple hello how are you goes a long way!

Really friendly staff. They always beat other quotes. Nothing is a problem. Have bought all of my appliances from there for the last few years. Really fast delivery!

Been there twice. The lady kimberley was rude. Most disappointed to see someone rated 5 stars specially named her. Her friend?! Lol. Dw u can still shop there but dont expect any customer service.
