Went in with a problem regarding my laptop, sadly there was nothing they could do about it. I was greeted with helping staff who simply explained it was out of their power. Lovely service, staff, and a good range of products.

Arrogance and impertinence from a male salesperson. He did not provide infomation and tailored advice to assist with being able to decide between 2 monitors, and made me feel humiliated while he stood there in silence with a rolled eyes expression. With no new infomation to go on and left standing there clueless feeling like he was going to whinge about me the second I left, I walked away and decided not to return again to the store. 

If I were the salesperson then, I would have seen it as an opportunity to advise and impress the customer with a friendly service. Being a polite customer with no clue about monitors, I would have gone either way with just a word of advice or a hint of suggestion to persuade me one way over the other. I would have gone either way and purchased a monitor on the spot, as I had intended to come home with a monitor. It should have been a decision made easy for me, and a super easy sale for the salesperson if he cared to take an interest.

Edited: JBhifi used to be a great place to shop but recently the Erina store has dropped its game. I was totally insulted today by a middle aged salesman with glasses in the music section who has absolutely no idea how to treat a customer and has no idea about his products. I will never step foot on this store again after spending tens of thousands since they opened.

Great customer service, I was actually at Harvey Norman's several staff free made no contact to assist my wife and I. Served straight away by Jb Hi Fi staff with great knowledge cheers got Go Pro 6 for great deal and accessories. Happy customer
