Thank you Ryan for the excellent service you gave me when buying a dishwasher. The delivery and installation was excellent. Andrew was extremely efficient, clean and offered a great service. Thank you also to the receptionist at Bing Lee who assisted me when I first set foot in the store at Erina. She was very helpful and welcoming. A great experience all round!!
If I could give zero stars out of five I would. Terrible customer service. Tried to pick up an order for my partner after he was specifically told on the phone that it was okay for me to collect it. Upon mentioning to the Bing Lee Erina staff that the order was in my partner's name they reacted in a way that can only be described as highly unprofessional. They began ranting about their store rules that the order can only be collected by the person who purchased it and the need for ID etc. That is fine. I can understand the need for such rules. What I did not appreciate was the fact that we had been told differently on the phone and that I was treated like some kind of criminal trying to hijack an air conditioner. No polite turns of phase such as "I'm sorry we need him to collect it" no discussion, just ranting. After getting off the phone to my partner to confirm I was in the correct store and that it was indeed an ebay order, both staff members had "disappeared". Someone is at fault for this misunderstanding and as the customer, it isn't me. The staff need to learn that polite explanations are more effective than accusations. Customers should not be spoken to in an aggressive way. Not every customer is dodgy and even if they are, they are still right.
I bought a new TV for my daughter's birthday and Bing Lee had the one I wanted in stock. I ordered online and it was ready to pick up the same day. The staff were very friendly and carried it out to the car for me. Also, they were one of the few who offered Afterpay. Very happy!
Good shop for various appliances and electronics. The Erina shop needs to improve their knowledge about home automation and connected devices. They only had Chrome Cast in stock with no knowledge whatsoever about its version and had no smart plugs, switches or lights. Nice and attentive service but they need to catch up with the product range.
I spoke with Kent from the Erina store. My goodness....what wonderful customer service - it was exception and nothing quite like i've experienced before with a phone inquiry. Well done to you. I hope you are truly appreciated by your employer.
I bought a laptop for Christmas time, it wasn't in stock. I was told it would be there for collection by Christmas Eve, but when I came in on December 24th to collect it, I found out it hadn't been delivered to the store. The staff were very helpful after an unfortunate turn of events and upgraded me to a slightly more expensive laptop, so I did get it in time for Christmas. I commend the staff for their excellent customer service, but I do wish they were more onto it so I could have completely avoided the problem at hand.
I have recently moved to the area and came in to buy multiple items such as a Large Fridge, a Bar Fridge, 2x TVs, a Washing Machine and Dryer, Dishwasher, Iron and Toaster and Kettle. I had some anaemic attention from one staff member and then it was as if I was in the Wilderness. I went around measuring items for about 30 minutes and then I decided to leave and find service elsewhere.
So quick n easy the whole online process. Goods are ready quickly- pick up super easy. Definitely doing this again when I need items from Bing Lee.
I needed to change an order I placed with Bing Lee. This was done without question. Both persons I spoke to in the am and pm were extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend Bing Lee without hesitation.
Went in to buy everything I needed for a new home and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful, I spoke with a young guy called Ryan who knew everything about everything and got me the best prices for everything I needed, hats of to you mate And the ladys behind the front desks where so welcoming and helped out a lot with directing me to the right people Will be going back when needing to upgrade again
