I called to see if they had a dvd player yes in 2023, the guy was super responsive on the phone. As I walked into the store literally 5 minutes later he had the box ready on the counter. The store looked like it had a lot of stock of the normal jaycar stuff and more. Great experience, great staff.

Always great service and technical assistance. Solved my problem as usual .... Keep up the great work... and as I said on the day if you can buy it here dont need to go to the big retailers and prices are just as good or even better

Have never had a good experience in my many many visits. The staff are rude, arrogant and seem to want to belittle customers instead of offering help. The first time I thought it was a one off, but more visits left me more disappointed.  Until today that pushed me over the edge with how rude a particular staff member was with anything I did. I got my parts but I will not be back.

Love coming here. Knowledgable staff.

They are so very helpful there and able to fix small parts/ great variety of stuff. Very helpful changing batteries and always happy to help. We love this shop.
