Always great customer service and great range of electronic products at good prices. Office Works need to take their staff here to teach them how to treat customers.

Good range of electronic wizardry. The staff are very much technologically-inclined rather than salesman-based which is great for technical help. They do lack the customer relations, speediness and efficient checkout that a customer-focused store would have.

I picked up something I ordered via Click and Collect, plus another useful device.

We have had the pleasure to deal with this exceptional company many times.  We have found all the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way they can, they are to be all commended.  My husband was there today, not to buy anything, just some information regarding the setting up of our new PVR, the help he received was fantastic.  Other companies could take a leaf out of this company for great customer service.

As a 72 year old lady I went to Jaycar to buy a single battery for a watch and the young man refused to put it in for me.  Helpful…..I don’t think so.

Huge range of products & very reasonably priced.  Sure, some of the stuff could possibly be bought cheaper on-line, but think about: - You're buying from an Australian company - You're supporting Aussie employment - You get to actually touch/measure/use the item before buying - Jaycar's excellent Return Policy - try returning something to China!  And their staff are really helpful & very knowledgeable. Look out for Sean, Grant or Daniel.

I've been shopping a Jaycar different stores over the years for decades. They have a fantastic array of electronic devices and stock the actual parts. Anything from batteries, lights, solar system parts, cables, convertors, cctv bits, weather stations, all manner of electronic devices I imaginable.  The North Wollongong/fairy meadow store is good. Friendly people. Easy parking out back. Generally have what ever it is one is after in stock.
