i stood at the counter for 5mins & when a staff member finally came he served someone else at a different counter which I can kind of understand BUT then proceeded to serve everyone else who lined up behind him, completely ignoring me! then a second staff member finally arrived only to serve someone else first at yet a different counter again are these people rude, stupid or just poorly trained?

I personally have always found the staff always helpful and polite. I am as blind as a bat and even with my glasses it's hard to read the small text and they have always help me find the components I need. Thank you.

went here to buy a wireless security system and was sold one by a verry unheilpful young know it all only to get home to find that it comes with 60 odd meters of wires,this is not what i asked for,so i gave them a call only to get the same unhelpful clown and he says dont really care and we are closing in 3 minutes.
