The girl that rented us the car was great. Down to earth, nice and super easy to talk to. And a couple of days earlier and the guy was very helpful, polite, kind and gave me all the info I needed.

Vehicle was collected from the airport which worked out well. However, I made arrangements to drop the vehicle off in the CBD (William St) office. This address is impossible to find using navigation. It took me over an hour to locate the bloody office. Went through the tunnel three times and nearly crashed. When I finally locate the drop off zone it is as actually up a back lane way and was not at the designated address anyway. After complaining to the people at the office they informed me that this was a common problem and head office had not got around to addressing it. Basically they couldn't care less if they waste their customers time. I will never use them again .
