I booked and paid in advance for a Toyota Camry but, after making the difficult journey to Mascot to pick it up, I was informed that the only cars available were small compacts so take it or leave it. In this situation I had no choice but to accept, however, I have never been downgraded before and feel that this is "sharp practice" from Enterprise.  I intend to complain to the Australian Consumer Protection authority.

Very bad experience. I was charged extra $25 as fuel charge even after i returned it fully fuelled. It even says in my return invoice that the car was full. When i tried to contact them, some one answered first and i expressed my concern. He said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. But i got no response. And i tried calling them several times later but no one answered my call. Would never recommend to anyone i know.
