It is not clear nor told to you when booking this car rental is NOT at the airport terminal! !! It is very difficult to find where you need to go, a good 10 min walk to a pick up area with all your luggage! Wait for a shuttle bus to pick you up! The car was great! The man that served us on arrival was great, on returning the car the man was polite to us but we witnessed him being incredibly rude to an Asian family that had just returned their car. Then we waited for a shuttle bus to take us back to the terminal which we waited a while for! Lucky we had allocated time but people must get caught and miss flights!! !!

Only book through this company if you only care about a cheap car, not good customer service skills or politeness
Positives:
- cheap car rental
Negatives:
- poor customer service skills
- upon return, I had a gentleman take the keys off me and didn’t say anything and walked off, I had to go in to the office to check if I was good to go and the man behind the counter didn’t know at all, there was no communication between the two.
- no professionalism, the driver on the way back to airport was talking about terrorists and was being blatantly xenophobic
- Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport.
-The gentleman from behind the counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
- I was told my car was up a certain row and to just press the lock button to see where it is and then bring back the inspection paperwork.

One guy there was just lovely everyone else lacked in customer service. One in particular was so rude and watched his colleagues work their buts off while he pretended to do stuff. I was there in plenty of time to make my flight home and l missed it! I kept telling them l will miss my plane and l did. When l called to tell them, the lazy guy was completely rude. No care at all that l was facing a night in Sydney airport. Everyone waiting for shuttle to airport we’re getting frustrated as one shuttle had just vanished. On the upside the car was lovely and fuel efficient, clean and tidy. Price was fair.

I have been credit (not held at it supposed to be..) from my bank account as a deposit, but i didnt't get it back when i bring back the car, they ask me to check with my bank account for details, they says it can take 30 days before they send back the money to our account. Regarding the law, it is not legal to credit deposit without our approbation, they didn't ask us.. Now we are trying to getting back the money.
About the car, it was an old car, with many scratch and bump.. we planned to go to melbourne but the car was sucking too much gaz we finally cancelled the trip..
My advise, be ready when you rent a car for a cheap price, you always got surprise, i got that case in another country, funny things i rent one week ago i rent in Ace car company, both almost doing the same things, trying to get more money from you.
Be aware, pay a little bit more for a decent company, to avoid any story and surprise from rentals company..
A very disappointed customer.

Nobody picked up on the number they written done on the receipt. After I found out where the pick up is (no signs anywhere!!) I had to wait almost 2 hours. When I finally got through with my call, the lady was rude and disrespectful. I didn't get the car even simular to the one I booked but when I asked about it they tried to make me buy an upgrade. The rest of the staff was nice. Doesn't make up for what happened though. I don't ever book with them again
