JUCY Car Rental

Good Service, means picking up from the airport, explaining everything around the rented car and always helpful, also after home time. I didn´t had good luck with my car. A lot of warning symbols let me change my car 3 times. But also in this situation the service was very welcoming and friendly. Especially "Chabel" was very lovely, made a test drive with me and my car and made a good job, very courteous.

Extremely poor customer service! Our flight was almost 2 hours late on Christmas eve and we were left stranded at Sydney airport. No shuttle service was available to the office and we tried for almost an hour to get through to the office, before finally calling a different department just to be told it was shut until Tuesday and we would have to make our own way to pick up the keys from the drop box at the office. After paying out almost $30 for a taxi, there were no keys left for us, and we found ourselves once again stranded, this time after calling another department of jucy a helpful lady named Heather called us another taxi to our hotel. Another $30 gone. So in total $60 spent on top of the rental, and they refuse to refund the 2 days that we didn't even have the car for! Wow! I would definitely never use this company again! Rip off merchants.

We had a great experience. Rented a car for 4 weeks to drive from Sydney to Brisbane and got upgraded to a newer model for free. Staff was very friendly in the Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Fined $60 by Jucy just for forwarding a offence notice. An "administration fee" they call it. I earn $40 an hour! Gouging at it's worst! No notice, no way to avoid this charge. Now I have the $60 fine on top of the traffic offence fine. These rental are only cheap until you tally up all the extras.
