The staff at Hanrob Pet Hotel Canberra are friendly, helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable about pet care. The venue is clean and well equiped to keep pets safe, comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Hanrob Pet Hotels as a home away from home for your pets.

The team at Hanrob Canberra is extremely professional. The staff take a genuine interest in the care and wellbeing of the animals. My mini poodle loves going for daycare and he had a great time at a recent overnight stay. He is always well looked after and I can’t fault the service. There are plenty of open turfed and shaded areas to cater for all weather conditions and play scenarios. I can’t recommend this facility, and the care they provide, enough. Thanks team!

Hanrob Canberra pet hotel has been an excellent service for my Welsh Cardigan Corgi, Tiberius has been well looked after by their staff. Who have been kind, caring and affectionate to him. Tiberius only shows great joy when he comes in for his casual days of doggie fun and the occasional over night care. Thank you so much for taking good care of my little Corgi. David and Lillian

Dot seemed really happy. It was the first time we had left her anywhere. Staff were friendly and the whole experience positive 👍

Our little maltese goes 5 days a week to Hanrob doggy day care and he loves it - he even wakes us up early to leave for school ! They have several outdoor grassy areas as well as an indoor play and sleep area which is great during wet weather. The staff are very caring and attentive and we also use Hanrob for boarding. We have recommended Hanrob to several others who now also routinely use Hanrob for doggy day care.
