Abode Narrabundah is a home away from home. It's perfect for a getaway with a couple of friends, your partner, family or even if you're travelling solo. The rooms are very comfortable and inviting, the beds in my apartment were all very soft but my companions and I all slept well each night. The abode also allows pets at an additional cost if you love travelling with your pooch.

Very clean, modern rooms. Bathrooms are great. All have balconies. Staff are lovely and great location. Great value for money!

Comfortable rooms with convenient amenities, including a washing machine and dryer in the unit, kitchenette with dishwasher and cooktop! Convenient location, only a short drive to places of interest. We'll definitely be back.

We have experienced extremely very poor customer service over the telephone; a very rude telephone operator, as well as an unfriendly front desk Reception. The front desk was unattended on our arrival and when the receptionist finally arrived, she did not greet us at all, let alone apologise for keeping us waiting. The shower head was appalling, a screw was screwed into the shower head that made the water spray the walls instead of the person having the shower, created such frustration trying to catch the water to wash off shampoo/soap especially with a 4 year old! We will definitely NOT be a returning customer, even if you have 5 different locations in Canberra or anywhere else! Your staff needs a lot of training in providing proper customer service! It was very disappointing they did not even get the basics right... Greet & Smile to the customers!

Pet friendly hotel. Not suaitable for allergic visitors. The carpet had stains from mud or dogs footprint. Kitchenware was very bad and unusable. Need to request for a replacement pot. Quiet and good for a short stay only.
