The location of the motel is on Coter Rd it is tucked away down a dirt drive way it has a decent sized sign which helps to find it. It's located quite reasonably in Canberra which makes traveling around easy as its in a relatively central location. On arrival if nobody is in the office just call the number and someone will come out and help. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of four easily and can still have plenty of room left over. The rooms all have air-conditioning which is very nice as well as TV. The prices are really reasonable especially if you need to spend a night and not fortune

This place is a great bargain considering the distance to the city centre and the price. It's an old and simple motel, we got a budget room with 6 single beds, fresh towels and amenities. Like I said it's just OLD, so some may find it dirty by the way it looks. Staff is very straight forward, you don't get customer service from big hotels but I still find her nice and cool.

This is a budget place - keep that in mind and it is good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can pay more and get less. It is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable, and for the money it is right up there.

If you want a quiet no frills accomadation this is the place. Freindly staff, clean rooms enjoyed the stay.
