My first and the last time I had a Japanese fusion was In Kobe Jones in Sydney. And I'm not a fan of Japanese fusion, as the mixture adds the extra unnecessary but not so special flavour to a usual refreshing Japanese cuisine. But after trying LiloTang, I'm convinced that Japanese Fusion can be awesome. Highly recommended you should go there for a date or a nice dinner as it has great atmosphere. There's a lot of great dishes, but one of the dish I would always recommend is the oyster ice cream.

Went here last night with my wife for the seafood tasting menu as part of their spectacular seafood month (or whatever it's called). All the dishes were amazing with the stand out being the tempura oyster with oyster ice cream, man this was amazing - definately give it a go. The staff were attentive and seemed interested in what we thought of the food. An all round great dining experience and for the price ($80 per head plus drinks) i think it was exeptional value. Will definitely be back again if I am in the area.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. We went to Lilo Tang for our anniversary dinner and received complimentary drinks and dessert. It was a lovely evening.

Very impressive. The atmosphere, the food, the service..... wow. The tasting menu is the pick of the bunch, with a selection of delicious cuisine that just seems to keep coming from the kitchen. An example of the touches that make this place great, the tables have a shock absorbing foam under the table which ensures there is not a single 'clink' of tableware or glasses. You won't notice it overtly, but you will walk away feeling relaxed.

The food was amazingly good. I have never been a fan of cauliflower, but I could easily have had three serves of it here. Service was highly attentive and food arrived exactly when we were ready for it. The meal was absolutely worth the price and we are already considering when we will come back.
