Accommodate Canberra

The experience of having to send copies of credit card and license, then having to pick up and drop off keys somewhere 10 minutes away (adding $30 to taxi fare) is all very strange. There is also no wifi access, nor information or advice within the apartments. While the apartment was nice enough, it seems to be set up for longer term bookings. It's a bit of a walk to restaurants etc and the walk can be a bit creepy at night if you are by yourself. I wouldn't book here again unless arrangements changed.

Very disappointed with customer service. They requested I copy and send my driver licence and credit card and threatened to cancel the booking otherwise. When I asked for alternatives the person was very rude and annoyed with me.
