Huge thanks to the shorter young chap who started cleaning the cinemas after the movie finished. He directed me to the bathroom and was very helpful when making recommendations for more movies to watch. Fantastic customer service.
Not that I would do such a thing, but there is no one checking for tickets. One could simply walk into the cinema when the movie is playing.nnThe self-service ticket buying is the only modern upgrade. The building has not been renovated in many years.
While on hols a treat at the movies..a street away from the Coles complex in Noosa Heads.nTicket prices higher than at home in Brissy.where we pay $8 with our Cineplex seniors card.nIn Noosa for seniors $14.50 and $19 standard adult prices, popcorn, etc normal prices.nWas disappointed to not have these prices displayed anywhere.nStaff member who served us was friendly and helpful.nThe seats were very comfy,and there was a huge big screen to watch the latest movie.nThe toilets were in need of updating.nSeveral sets of stairs lead you to different levels however lifts are provided.nA large free carpark is situated out the back and leads directly to the entrance.
No good for anyone who has trouble walking. Stairs only. No ramps. Poor service. Not in the least bit disability friendly. Would not recommend.
Good choice of films. Helpful staff front of house. A lot cheaper than Event in Canberra.
