They have finished their upgrade and it's wonderful here. Prices are still better here than the other places. The chairs are great and so comfortable! Love coming here. The quality of sound has improved vastly from what it used to be.
I’ve been coming here for about 16 years and I have always enjoyed it.nPrices are great, popcorn is always good, staff are always friendly and I love the upgrades they made to the chairs ect.nHighly recommend
I haven't been since the upgrade and it definitely looks better than before. It is still however unclean. My seat and the seats beside me had food and sticky substances on them. I recommend that you bring your own sanitary wipes. It would also be great if there was something or someone that tells you when the cinema is ready to go in. I noticed there was a lecturn for someone to stand and check tickets, but is wasn't manned. Maybe put a now seating X cinema sign there? All in all, great seats and good new design. Just needs more regular cleaning.
Good cinema can have slow service. I arrived just in time for my movie only to wait 10 minutes for popcorn as there was only 1 slow person serving. Otherwise a very good cinema
Generally a great cinema, excellent prices with the free membership. Minus one star because the seats we sat at last smelled like wee. But we did move to another row and then it was fine. That has never happened before.
