BCC Cinema is in a very convenient place in Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore. The venue was nice, and cosy seating, sound system was good, and refreshments were available to purchase just by the ticket purchasing area.nBut only thing the parking should be free for the Cinema customer until the Cinema finishes time but we had to pay on the exit which surprised us.

Very disappointed with the standard of cleaning, as mentioned by others there was popcorn all over the floor. The seats squeaked with every movement so not a comfortable experience at all. I can attend Kawana Cinema for the same price and a much nicer experience so that is what I will be doing in future

Place was kinda clean, however during the movie the audio cut out and was only fixed after about 20 minutes. An employee did come in and apologise however the movie was not put back so a large portion was without audio with no context as to what the characters were saying. As compensation for part of the movie being ruined we got nothing, several people even walking out in the time it took for the issue to be fixed.

I have been here many times as someone with disability I find it difficult to stand in long food lines to get tickets for myself as I use a companion card. I asked them if there was a different option for me to get tickets that there was no service for ppl who are disabled . I ended up walking out after standing in line and cold sweating for five minutes. The chairs are also really hard and not as comfortable to sit long enough through the movies there which helped me make my decision on leaving . There should be a separate line for ppl with disabilities as well and is not for disabled people . Most people with companions don't go out nights when you think it's okay to set disability shows that they can't get too as much

Has anyone else noticed the smell in the cinema like something perfume or chemical is being constantly sprayed every 5 minutes in the smaller cinema I think cinema 7,  is that for the mould outbreak? Maybe the bellends in front of me had to much deo on, had my eyes and throat were stinging the entire movie think I'm done with maroochy until I get answers.
