What a disappointing expensive experience. We were there today at 10:40 am showing…packed with people seniors day obviously this combined with the amount of pungent perfume in the air, we took seats available and I unfortunately took the seat next to the wall Cinema 6 all I heard was the volume from the movie playing next door! Think I’m done with going to the movies for good after this.
The theatre smelled like cat pee and an asthma attack. It was so smelly and stuffy in there, the seats are stained and the carpets are filthy. The bathrooms are probably the dirtiest I’ve seen in awhile, it takes a lot to gross me out but for $25+ a ticket stay home and rent it on Amazon prime for the same cost.
Great cinema , they have a old part and a new part .nSeats are better with kids that don’t flip on them make sure you grab a booster nAbsolutely worth the drive from Noosa . As Noosa is way too old now and mouldy smelling .nMaroochydore is amazing .
Terrible experience. Staff members came in multiple times mid-movie, shining flashlights at the audience and ruining the immersion. Very disappointing.
Went to the movies today and was in a very small cinema 12, well what a disgusting smelly theatre that was ! At first I thought I was smelling cigarettes but obviously was a smelly musty smell that lingered for the entire movie, carpets and fabric seats obviously haven’t been cleaned for a very long time, seats were uncomfortable as they were the old fashioned pull down ones, I put my things on the chair next to me and it slipped through the hole between the seat and backrest when the seat flipped upnI had to crawl onto the floor to retrieve my thingsnWas planning on going back on Thursday for avatar but will source a nicer theatre than this old galnWon’t be back !
