A Last Minute Decision to watch a late session movie while in town, was no problem, booked online, chose our seats, and made it to the massive complex with minutes to spare. Grabbed the essential popcorn and frozen drink, and enjoyed our movie in one of more than 10 theatres. The space was clean, the staff was helpful, the popcorn was tasty, a great last minute choice!

We had a booking issue that customer service had not yet got back to us about but the manager Michael that was at Maroochydore was MORE than helpful. We were quite stressed about the mistake but he took care of it for us and it was no drama at all for him. Was very happy with our visit and his professionalism and customer service.

As a 70 year old grandmother, I took 3 young children to Mario movie 5pm session. Cinema 2 had not been cleaned. The air-conditioning was off. At 5:10 I walked to service desk to report movie had not begun. They said they'd look into it. At 5:20 nothing had been done. I returned to the service counter. They said they knew. Nobody came to the theatre to give any information.  The air-conditioning was still not working.  Then we were plunged into total darkness which totally frightened two children in the sparely filled theatre.  Finally,  the movie began and aircon came on. Afterwards I asked for some sort of compensation which was totally refused because we saw the whole movie. If someone had have come and given some information as to what was happening, it would have been a loss less stressful sitting in a hot dark theatre for 30+mins with no idea what was going on. Very poor customer relations.

Jordan Daniels is the best worker I’ve ever come across and has absolutely great hospitality skills and is so warm and welcoming give her a raise!!!!
