Always busy at the centre , especially with mundane things like pass ports and certifying going on and tying down staff for long periods doesn't help the queuing and waiting time ! I find the staff most pleasant to deal with all the time and l applaud their patience with some of the abusive clientele! Susan there is always friendly and most helpful - she even acknowledges me and other regulars in the queue , which l think is excellent service and makes the wait acceptable! Good on you Susan and staff !
Worst customer service ever. The lines are always so long because the old ladies are so slow. They also speak to all customers in an intimidating manner and very loud for everyone to hear your business. They don't even deserve a 1 star.
I came this Saturday morning to do my daughters passport and I didn’t know I need an appointment which was fine. They said to make an appointment or wait. I waited and it wasn’t busy so I asked if I could do mine and they said yes. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes with my fussy toddler only for them to tell me when it was my turn that other appointments had begun lining up so they won’t take me. They saw me lining up for ages and didn’t say anything until it was my turn. I asked why she didn’t say anything until now and let me wait and she ignored me. Terrible customer service and I won’t come back
Poor customer service. Took more than 2 hours for getting my passport done. Staff are not helpful at all. Appointment base passport request, ask me to stay on the queue with general request. So what is the point to make an appointment if i still need to stay on the queue with general service, POST OFFICE MINTO. The aboriginal lady at the front, absolutely hopeless and lazy. Never go there. Ever
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Went to complete a Western Union Transfer which I usually complete on a regular basis and Susan the attendant would not complete the transaction based of hyphen error of name. Argued with us for 10 minutes before calling western union and Australia post before being told she could complete the transaction. Will never come back to this Post office again!
Complete nonsense and silly people. I do not know 17 or 18 years experience working people made a mother who had gone thrice to make passport for her son getting trouble without solution. Staff are not there for solution but for causing unnecessary problem. Its strongly recommend people not to visit to make passport over there.
There are 2 Minto Post Office staff attendants that talks to their costumers in an intimidating manner, instead of politely giving their costumers an advise, they speak in a rude manner. One is an Indian attendant and the other is an overweight Asian with glasses. They need to learn how to speak politely. Not all costumers knows about postal system. Wake up Minto Post Office.
The worst customer service !!!!! the lady’s that work there love to share everyone’s business I was in line and heard one of the serving ladies tell a customer that she’s overdue on her bills and preceded to laugh with the manager when it came time to serve me I bought something from off the shelf and she had the audacity to go see if any were left so she could get one herself they are Shameful and need NEW STAFF immediately ones with good Customer care !!!!
In my experience minto has always been pretty good-sometimes lines get long and waiting times can vary,i normally use the parcel lockers now,it’s way faster and easier than lining up,dont even have to go in the post office and it’s free
They are always polite to me. I'm 10 mins drive away but items being carded for collection at Minto are not their fault. Non signature items are safely left by parcel contractors at my home.
