Incompetent and careless - very disappointed - given ample time to return document to sender but failed to do so. It is even documented in the tracking system - untrustworthy! Always had very high regards of the Austrlian Post service but this has shaken my faith tremendously - how can I vouch for the dependency of the postal service now? What will be the result after lodging a formal complaint? Will this happen again?

I find the staff friendly and helpful, they often suggest ways to save me money for my business and take time to find out info when I've needed it. 😊

Not good when i got up them 3 times to put i paper in my mail box to say somthing been delivered so anoying since i pay for delivery...... i be making a formal complaint

A decent post office offering a variety of standard services. Staff are relatively experienced and customer service is acceptable.
