This is one of the worst post offices I have been to. I avoid unless there is absolutely no choice. If Australia Post went on to franchise this post office I expect the service would greatly improve.

Rude staff, stay away from this place. They take pleasure in being difficult,giving excuses and makes up their own rules. My passport application not acceptable to them was accepted in the nearby post office without any issues. The female cashier take pride in being the most difficult, by jumping into on other cashier`s transactions and commenting. It seems Auspost select naturally annoying people and train them to be professionally irritating nutcase. Australia post got to be the most annoying customer service in Australia. The level of consistency across the stores in ensuring every customer leaves the store annoyed and ripped off is a real achievement of its enterprise, thanks to its corporate senior management vision to be a painful part of Australian life.
